Jacques Degroote is the President of Circular Forever Group and an agricultural engineer specialising in disruptive technologies with a focus on circular economy approaches. He participated in the launch of the concept of ‘Agriculture Raisonnée’ (Sustainable Agriculture) with Coop de France, and Club Diester. He created his own business advisory structure and actively participates in the establishment of numerous start-ups, with cross-disciplinary pursuits ranging from ‘new information and communications technology’ (NICTs) and systems to biotechnology. Since 2003, Mr Degroote and his team, have launched several undertakings in the domains of: circular economy, industrial production and development of microalgae, CO2 marking and traceability, ecological deconstruction of large aircrafts, ecological and environmental engineering, bio-products, and systems dedicated to agro-industries and bioremediation. He was a member of the InVivo Group Executive Committee and has also held associative and social mandates as Vice-President of Mode-Sans-Frontier and is a Director and Treasurer of Green Cross France and Territories.
